We provide services throughout Greater London and surrounding areas within the M25. For locations outside this zone, additional travel charges may apply. Corporate workshops and larger catering events can be accommodated across the United Kingdom with advance notice.
Our team is happy to discuss logistics for your specific location during the initial consultation.
For private cooking lessons, we typically require one week's notice. Private chef experiences and catering events should be booked at least two to three weeks ahead, though we recommend booking as early as possible for weekend dates and special occasions.
Absolutely. We work with all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and various allergies. Please inform us of any restrictions during the booking process.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge. We understand that circumstances change and will always try to reschedule where possible.
For private chef experiences and catering, ingredients are included in the price. For cooking lessons and meal preparation services, ingredients can either be sourced by us (at cost plus a small sourcing fee) or provided by you based on our shopping list.
Response times may vary during peak seasons and holidays. For urgent enquiries, please indicate the time-sensitive nature of your request in your message. All consultations are subject to availability within our service area.
